The ingredients needed to make Spicy chicken:
Make ready 1 tsp paprika
Take 1 tsp chicken masala
Make ready 1 tsp tumeric
Make ready Soy sauce
Prepare 1 tsp curry powder
Get 1 tsp garam masala
Get 1 tsp thyme
Prepare 3 tsps Oil
Take 1 tsp lemon juice
Make ready 1 tsp rosemary
Get pieces Garlic cut into small
Get pieces Ginger cut into small
Take Oyster sauce
Instructions to make Spicy chicken:
Place all your ingredients in a blender and blend to a fine consistency
Pour the blended mixture into a big bowl
Dip your chicken into the mixture piece by piece until well covered in the mixture
Place the dipped chicken inside a glass bowl
Cover the marinated chicken with a foil or cling paper and place inside the fridge for atleast an hour
Remove the oven tray and pre heat your oven
Place your marinated chicken on the oven tray and into the oven (no need to grease the oven tray as the marinade already has oil in it)
Set the oven temp at 190 degrees
Let it cook for thirty minutes before turning the pieces and letting them cook for a further fifteen minutes
