  3. Put soumen and the sauté inside the Tupperware and shake shake shake it up until it’s all mix
  4. Take it out and serve it up! Yummy!

But my family and I didn't like the sauce; there was too much. Miso and eggplant is an incredible flavour combination. Cooked on the grill, it creates an incredible caramelisation that will make your tastebuds sing! It always amazes me how the simplest of recipes can have such an incredible depth of flavour.
