Instructions to make No oven no egg chicken bread:
Boil chicken and make it shredded
For the chicken filling take oil and ghee in a pan saute the chopped onions add maida sauté for 1 min then add milk and stir while you turn off the flame. Stir and m ix well.
Now again turn on the flame add salt, pepper, garam masala, chicken shreds and coriander mix and keep it ready to go in the bread.
Now take maida 2cups add 2 tbsp oil, 2tbsp milk powder, 1 tbsp sugar, salt, baking powder yeast and mix well now Knead the dough with warm water and keep kneeding till 5 min.
Keep the dough for raising. For 1/2 hr. After that again Knead for 2 min.
Now roll the dough into oval shape put the filling in centre place the cheese on top of filling make cuts with the knife of 1cm gap and alternatively bring the pieces and close it making a shape of fish.
Apply milk on it and put sesame seeds. Place it on a baking dish by applying oil.
Preheated vessel is ready put this bread into it for 30 min it's ready in 30 min. enjoy.. Very tasty and it's different
