  3. In a skillet, melt margarine over medium heat. And brown chicken on both sides.
  4. Remove and keep warm.
  5. Use the same skillet and combine water,cranberries, brown sugar, nutmeg and vinegar(optional).
  6. Cook and stir until cranberries burst. 5-6 minutes.
  7. Put chicken back in the skillet,and cover and simmer for 20-30 mins or until chicken is tender.
  8. Baste occasionally with the sauce.
