Take 2 Tablespoon Oil
Take 1 big Red Onion Chopped fine
Prepare To taste salt
Get 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
Prepare 2-3 cups water
Take 1 pinch hing
Get 2 tsp malai

The paste: Grind the ginger tomato and onion Grind to a smooth puree. Set aside. Grind the groundnut and coconut with a little water to a smooth paste and set aside.
In a wide sauce pan, heat the oil then add mustard seeds, hing, tomato purée. Sauté for 5 minutes
Add the paste sauté for 4 minutes. - and fry until little streaks of oil come out of the mixture.
Now add cream to it and mix for a minute or until oil comes out.
Now add garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well.
Add all the veggies,coriander and water and mix well.and Cook for 20 minutes.
