Soak rice for 20-30 minutes.
Take half of the coconut, scrape them as pieces and grind in mixer adding water. - Extract the coconut milk and keep it ready.
Take ginger garlic paste and green chilli in mixer. - Grind them coarsely.
Heat oil and temper with cinnamon and cloves.
Add the finely chopped onions and green chilli, ginger garlic paste and saute nicely.
