- Take 500 ML Full Fat Milk on a Pan, Turn the flame on medium, Simmer the milk till it is half evaporated. Let it aside and cool.
- Now in a Bowl take 500 Gms Fresh Cream & Blend with blender until Silky Smooth.
- Add 500 Gms of Powdered sugar or Less (as per taste), 1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder,1/2 Tsp Coffee(2.5Gms) & 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence (2.5 Gms). Blend it for 2 Minutes or so until no lumps and is in silky smooth consistency.

- Transfer the milk in a Bowl and it it a blend (to mix the cream formed above the milk).
- Add the Chocolate cream mixture & start blending till it is mixed well & our Chocolate cream is completely ready.
- Now Transfer the Chocolate cream in a Plastic Container (You can use any you have but with a cover tight lid) Tap it to remove Excess Air Bubbles & cover it tight,
- Reference to step 8
- Transfer in Freezer & Freeze it for at least 12 Hrs. and you are done your Chocolate ice cream is ready to serve.
- Ready to serve.
- Can be Stored For 3 Months
- Note (If there is more ice after opening the ice cream take it out Blend in Mixer for 2 Mins and freeze for 4 Hrs.)
