  1. In a large pan,heat oil over medium heat, add chopped onion and saute for 5 minutes now add crushed garlic and saute for 2 minutes

  3. Add tomato paste, sauce, salt, black pepper,red chilli flakes, paprika powder, oregano and stir well and cook for 4 minutes and turn the heat off.
  4. Now take a sauce pan,melt the butter,add flour and whisk until smooth paste forms,then cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add warm milk,while whisking over medium - high heat until the sauce is smooth and thickened. Stir in salt, black pepper and mix herbs.
  6. Add sauce to the paste then add chicken mixture and mix well combined.
  7. Transfer to the baking dish, sprinkle on top grated mozzarella and cheddarcheese
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes,until golden. Brown and bubbly.let cool slightly before serving
