  3. Add the “riced” broccoli in the pan once the vegetables are cooked. Stir fry the mixture for 2 minutes and then add lemon juice to it. Stir fry for a few more minutes on low-medium heat, till the smell of raw broccoli goes away and the rice gets dry.
  4. Transfer the vegetable stir-fry broccoli rice to a bowl. For cheese topping, cut the cheese slice into thin strips and place it in a criss-cross fashion on top of the rice. Serve hot.
