Now we will melt our chocolate in microwave or double boiler method,after melting it we will take out our pieces and take a plate and cover it with aluminium foil and deep pieces in chocolate and keep it in plate and keep one almond in centre and keep it in freeze for 20 mints or until it is set.Our yummy caramel chocolate cookies is ready now.
