  1. Put the pork meat in the pressure cooker, and add just enough water to cover the meat. Ad the green part of the leek as well.
  2. Cover with a lid and heat on high. When the pressure cooker starts to shake, lower the heat and cook for 20 minutes. Then stop the heat and let steam for 5 minutes.
  3. Tilt the pressure cooker weight and open the lid, take out the meat, and rinse in warm water for 4 to 5 minutes then drain.
  4. Throw out the water from Step 3, and put the drained meat and the ingredients from the ginger root to the soy sauce into the pot.
  5. Heat the pot in Step 4 on high heat, and when it begins to sway, reduce to low heat and cook for 10 minutes. Stop the heat and steam for another 5 minutes.
  6. Tilt the pressure cooker weight and open the lid, and it's done.
  7. When boiling in a pressure cooker, add fresh daikon (sliced like oden-style) for a superb soaked-in taste. A boiled egg is also delicious!
