  1. Except oil mix all ingredients together
  2. Apply little oil on flat pan.Spread batter in desire shape or round and cook it on medium flame
  3. When it’s little release from surface then cook other side.
  4. Serve with Mayonnaise or salad cream, Sriracha(hot chilli sauce) Chopped spring onions(Optional) - Sesame seeds

After you make the batter, you can pretty much add any. Pictured above is my vegetarian take on Japanese Okonomiyaki! Also pictured, my amateurly chopped green onions. My knife skills need some work. This dish was very exciting to make.
