  2. Make ready 2 pinch blackpaper
  3. Take 1 1/2 pinch chilli flakes

  5. Take 1/2 red capsicum

  7. Take 1/2 zucchini
  8. Prepare 1 sausage

  1. heat a pan and sprinkle the oil onto the pan.. make sure that the pan is fully covered with the oil, so that the omelette doesn't stick on the pan.. it is better to use non-stick pan. DO NOT USED TO MUCH OIL, it turns out to be an oily omelette
  2. beat the egg together with the blackpaper, salt and chilli flakes.. beat well and pour into the pan.
  3. make sure that the omellete is not too thick and too thin..
  4. try not to overcook the omelette.. when it is done, place that omelette on a plate that covered with the aluminium wrapper( it is best if use bamboo roll)
  5. slice all the remaining ingredients vertically..
  6. on top of the omelette, place a slice of each ingredient.. roll the omelette by using the aluminium wrapper/ bamboo roll.. PRECAUTION: The omelette is still hot!
  7. make sure to press it a bit so that the ingredients will stick together.. once it is done, carefully cut them into pieces..
  8. serve while it is warm.. you can add mayonise/ other sauce in this recipe.
  9. enjoy!
