In a wok heat 2 tbs oil, add onion and stir-fry cook for 1' then add the pork and stir fry until brown on both sides then add the bell peppers and stir fry 1'. Then add the water and the beef bouillon cubes into and stir till dissolved. Add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, black pepper, salt, brown sugar, sage and mix then add the cornstarch and mix again until just boil. Remove.
Transfer all to the slow cooker, put the lid on and cook on high for 6 hrs or until the pork are completely tender, turn over on every 2 hours. Taste the season. Turn off. To serve with fluffy hot steam rice or a with bread rolls Bun and cooked mix veges.π
