Take 4 boiled eggs, cut it into half
Get 2 onions ,roughly chopped
Make ready 2 tomatoes ,roughly chopped
Take 2 Green chillies, chopped
Prepare 2 inches ginger
Get 4-5 Garlic Chopped
Take 1 tsp garam masala
Take 1 tbsp curd
Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Prepare 1 tsp coriander powder
Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin powder
Get 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
Take 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
Prepare 1 tsp kasuri methi
Prepare 2 tbsp oil
Steps to make Egg Masala Curry:
Take a mixer jar add onion, green chilli, ginger and garlic. Grind it to make a smooth paste. Grind tomatoes separately.
Heat oil in a wok. Add grinded onion masala. Roast it on low medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Add tomato paste. Stir continuesly. Cook until it releases oil.
Add all the spices and curd. Mix it well. Add water to make curry. Give it 2-3 boil.
Now add eggs. Coat it with Masala. Simmer it for few minutes. Mix kasuri methi and garam masala. Turn off the flame.
Serve hot with rice/chapati or pulav.
