Fried rice is one of the most favored of current trending meals in the world. It’s appreciated by millions daily. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. Fried rice is something that I’ve loved my whole life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook fried rice using 8 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Fried rice:
  1. Make ready 500 gms cooked rice
  2. Get 200 gms mix frozen mix vegetables
  3. Prepare 1 large finely chopped onion
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp Cummin seeds
  5. Prepare 1 red chilli
  6. Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Get some curry leaves
  8. Get to taste Salt
Instructions to make Fried rice:
  1. In a pan add Cumin seeds, then add onions and curry leaves, chilli then add mix vegetables add salt to taste.. cook it to 4 to 5 minutes then add a little turmeric powder stir for few seconds.
  2. Add rice to it stir for and cover it for 2 minutes uncover then stir and it's ready to serve hot with chutney and salad
