Steps to make Village Egg Curry:
  1. Boil 3 eggs and remove the shells. Chop onion and tomato into fine pieces. Chop coriander and mint leaves by the side and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in kadhai add chopped onion and tomato. Saute nicely. Break the green chillies into two and add this to kadhai.
  3. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, curry powder. Mix thoroughly. Once masala cooks a bit add 2 cups of water and change the heat to medium. - - Meanwhile in a bowl break another 2 eggs beat it little bit. Once the water get hot pour this egg to gravy and cook until egg cooked completely and stage to hard stage. It looks crumble that's the stage we are looking for.
  4. Now cut the boiled eggs into two and add this to boiling egg gravy. Once the water drain add fennel, pepper powder, coriander leaves and mint leaves. - - Switch off the flame and serve hot with rice…
