Steps to make Chilli potato:
Sabse pehle ALU ko cheel kar finger shape mein cut kar lenge ar 2 minutes boil kar lenge.
Ab Isko streiner se strein karke Sara pani nikal denge.
Then add the corn flour and crushed paper in potatos and deep fry into hot oil.
Heat oil and add spring onions, capsicum, Onion chopped green chilli chopped, and ginger garlic paste and saute.
Then add hot and saur sauce, soya sauce, vinger and salt to taste and mix well.
Add corn flour paste and mix well, add the fry potatoes and sauseces and salt and saute.
Ready to eat chilli potatoes
Serve hot chilli potatos
