Take For tempering :
Take 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
Prepare 1/4 tsp cumin
Get 1 broken red chilli
Take 1/2 tsp urad dal / black gram
Take 1/2 tsp chana dal / bengal gram
Get 1 pinch hing / asafoetida
Make ready 1 tsp oil
Get For coconut chutney :
Prepare 1/2 coconut
Take 1/4 cup Dalia (roasted gram dal)
Take 3 green chillies
Take 10-12 curry leaves
Take 1 tsp salt
Make ready 1/2 tsp sugar
Prepare as needed Water to grind
Prepare For tempering :
Prepare 1 tsp urad dal / black gram lentil
Take 1 tsp mustard seeds
Get 1 broken red chilli
Instructions to make Onion Rava dosa with chutney:
Add all ingredients except water coriander and onions to a bowl
Add water and mix well. Now add the chopped coriander and onion
Add more water and make a thin batter. Leave covered for 15 to 20 minutes
Heat a dosa tawa and apply oil all over,spread with cut half of a onion. This makes the dosa to easily leave the surface of tawa.
Pour laddle of batter stirring first,from the sides then fill in the middle
Drizzle with little more oil as the dosa roasts on medium to high flame
Fold and serve with both chutneys.
For peanut chutney roast all ingredients with 1 tsp oil. Grind with sufficient water and temper. Mix well
For coconut chutney grind all ingredients with roasted curry leaves. Temper. Mix.
