  1. Wash & cut broccoli florets,baby corn into medium pieces… parboiled with salt water in microwave for 2-3 mins. Sliced onion. Cut paneer into medium pieces.Mix prepared tomato puree with cornflour and water.. keep aside.
  2. In non stick pan add & heat oil,add sliced onion and saute for one min.Add parboiled broccoli florets and babycorn pieces, paneer pieces,…add green chillies paste, garlic paste,and grated ginger…mix well and saute for 2 mins.
  3. Add prepared tomato puree mixture,cook for 1 min.
  4. Add vinegar,soya sauce,sugar,salt & black pepper powder..mix well.and stir-fry for 1 min.
  5. Veggies with garlic sauce.
  6. Serve hot half of prepared veggies with 1 cup(100gm) of steamed rice..for one portion… complete one dish healthy meal.
