Get 3 potatoes
Get 1/4 cup spring onion

Prepare 1 tsp red chilli sauce
Get 1 tsp Vinegar
Get 2-3 tsp cornflour
Prepare 1 tsp Soya sauce
Take 1 tsp Ketchup
Prepare as needed Oil for fry
Instructions to make Aloo Chilli:
Par boil potatoes. Remove skin and cut into strips.Sprinkle corn flour.leave it for 1/2in freeze and fry in brown colour.
Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic saute till brown add chopped ginger chilli ginger chilli garlic paste add red and green capsicum strips fried potatoes shredded cabbage tomato strips spring onion saute on high flame.
.Now dilute 1tsp corn flour in 1/4cup water. Add soya sauce chilli sauce ketchup and vinegar in a vegetable mixture. Now add cornflour water salt and pepper mix well. Stir cont. And serve hot garnish with cabbage spring onion and green garlic. Tasty delicious Aloo Chilli is ready to Serve.
