  1. Prepare 250 gm Potato
  2. Prepare 4 tsp Corn flour
  3. Get 1/2 bowl Cabbage chopped
  4. Take 1/4 bowl Capsicum chopped
  5. Get 1/2 bowl Onion chopped
  6. Take 2 tsp Black pepper
  7. Get to taste Salt
  8. Make ready as per taste Ginger cloves chopped

Instructions to make Chilli Potato:
  1. First of all peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into thin slices and cut each slice in sticks.
  2. In a bowl take cold water and place the in water for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Take the potatoes in a bowl an rinse extra water and add 2 tsp corn flour and salt as per taste and mix them.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the potato sticks and stir them occasionally so that they do not stick to each other.
  5. Fry the potatoes till they become crispy and take them out on a plate.
  6. Take another pan and add 1 tbsp oil and add ginger garlic and green chilies.
  7. Stir and fry and add chopped onions,chopped capsicum and chopped cabbage to it.
  8. Saute them for 5 minutes,add soya sauce,chilli sauce,tomato sauce and vinegar to it and stir well.
  9. Take a bowl and add 2 tsp of corn flour and water.
  10. Now add 1 cup of water and stir it and add corn flour mixture also to it. Mix them continuously so that no lumps are formed.
  11. Now add the fried potatoes and mix well.
  12. Switch off the flame and serve it hot and garnish with coriander leaves.
