Get 2 cups cooked leftover rice

Make ready 3 tbsp Corn flour
Get 1 tsp Red chili powder
Prepare as per taste Salt

Steps to make Crispy leftover rice balls:
Grind leftover rice in the mixture with out water.
Take a bowl & add leftover rice mixture, soaked Sabudana, chopped onion, grated ginger, green chilli, curry leaves, 1sp Corn flour & salt
Put little pressure and mix the mixture
Divide the mixture into equal parts & make the shape of ball
Spread some corn flour over it
Heat oil in frying pan
Deep fry a few balls on medium Flame till golden brown
Now make tempering
Heat 2 spoon oil I frying pan
Add Sarso seeds and curry leaves in it.
After 1 min. Mix all the Rice Balls in it.
Switch off the gas
Put all the Rice Balls in the plate
Spread chat masala over it
Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney.
