Prepare 4 Medium Onion (Sliced)
Get 1/2 Cup Cooking Oil

Fry the Onions in half cup oil until light brown & took half of it aside.
Now add whole allspices (garam masala), crushed ginger garlic, fry it a little then add chicken.
Fry the chicken for 1 minute now add tomatoes.
Cover & cook for 2 minutes at low flame until the tomatoes & chicken gets half done.
Now add dry spices, biryani masala & fry for 1 minute, then add yogurt.
Cover & cook for 5 minutes.
Take other pan add 5~6 tbsp water then add cooked chicken in it.
Add fresh mint leaves, fresh coriander & green chilies.
Now add boiled rice.
Add fried onion over it, yellow food color (mixed in water), few drops of biryani essence.
& 2 tbsp Oil, cover & keep it at medium flame for 2 minutes, then 10 minutes at low flame.
After 10 minutes turn the flame off, mix it & serve.
