  5. Prepare 1/2 cup Steak Sauce + more to cover the top (used Walmart brand)
  6. Take 1/2 cup ketchup
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup Dale's Steak Marinade (low sodium)
  8. Prepare 3 dashes smoke flavoring
  9. Prepare 3 dashes Scirarchi Sauce
  10. Prepare 1/4-1/2 cup chopped onion
  11. Get Chopped Bell Pepper (I use just a few thin slices chopped up)
Instructions to make Venison Meatloaf:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Mix all ingredients by hand until well mixed. Place in ungreased bread pan if you have a good non stick pan. Otherwise coat inside of pan with Crisco.
  3. Pour steak sauce over top and spread around to cover entire top of meat.
  4. Bake in over for 1 hour. Enjoy.
