Make ready 250 gms Red Chilli
Prepare 4 tsp Mustard Dal
Prepare 2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds (coursely crushed)
Prepare 3 Fennel seeds (coursely crushed)
Prepare 1 tsp Black pepper (coursely crushed)
Take 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
Get 50 gms Oil (warm)
Take 2 lemon juice
Make ready 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Take 1 tsp salt
Instructions to make Red Chilli Pickle:
Wash Fresh Red Chillies.Strain it and make them dry on cloth.
Cut them Deseeds it and make it more parts, add half salt and half Turmeric powder. Mix it well and keep for overnight.
Next day strain it And put all pieces on clean dry cloth for 5-6 hours. Don't keep in sunlight.
Take a bowl add Fenugreek coursely crushed, mustard dal.
In the same add remaining salt, remaining turmeric powder, fennel seeds coursely crushed, pepper coursely crushed and asafoetida
Mix all the ingredients well.
Warm the oil in a pan. Add into the mix.
Now squeeze lemon juice in the same.
Mix it all well.
Now add all dry chillies and mix it well.
Keep it for 6-7 hrs in the bowl and repeatedly mix it time to time. After that fill it in air tight container or glass jar.
