The ingredients needed to make One pot mutton biryani:
Prepare 250 gms Wash and clean Mutton
Make ready 3 tbsp Olive Oil or normal oil
Make ready 2 chopped tomatoes
Make ready 2 chopped onions
Take 2 tbsp Chopped Coriander
Take 2 tbsp Chopped mint leaves
Take 1/2 cup Curd
Prepare 1 lemon juice
Prepare 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Make ready 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
Take for Whole spices:
Take 2 Cloves
Take 1/2 cinnamon
Prepare 2 Cardamoms
Make ready 4 Green chillies ,slit
Make ready 1 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
Take 2 &1/2 kgs Rice soak for 15 min
Get As required Water
Take to taste Salt
Steps to make One pot mutton biryani:
Take a pressure cooker add oil whole spices, chopped onions fry till golden brown add ginger garlic paste cook for few seconds.
Then add mutton piece, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, mix well cook for 3-4 min on medium flame.
Then add lemon juice, curd, tomato, coriander, mint, mix it well add 1/2cup water pressure cook for 2 whistle or till mutton half cook.
Separate mutton piece and measure remaining grave.
In the same pressure cooker add mutton pieces,soak rice, add measure grave.
If the grave is one cup you can add remaining 4 cups of water and pressure cook for 3 whistles on medium flame.
Note: Remove complete water from rice before you add it.
Note: You have to measure rice, grave and water with the same cup.
Your one pot byrani is ready.
Serve hot with raita.
