Then make a patties of this dough..give any desired shape of your choice.then put it into a plate for 2 hrs..after 2 hours take it out.roll it into bread crumbs then dip into maida slurry and then fry on low to medium till it in golden colour.and crispy…now its ready to serve with your fav sauce
  3. Note if you want more crunchiness in your cutlet two time coat in both
