1. Preheat the oven 425 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Fry the bacon and save your drippings for another recipe.
3. Dice the onion.
4. Set the bacon aside.
5. Heat a pan and sauté the onions I used a pan I just fried the bacon in.
6. Add the sirloin. Sauté for 3 minutes. Add the spices.
7. Add the peppers sauté for 2 minutes.
8. Add the ketchup and mustard.
9. Mix it well and simmer for 4 minutes.
10. Add the tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
11. Add the brown sugar and both vinegars. Simmer 15 minutes to let reduce
12. Roll the dough out onto an oven safe pan.
13. It shouldn't be too wet. Now add to the top of the dough.
14. Now add the bacon and cheeses put into the oven for 35-40 minutes
15. Take out and let rest 7 minutes then cut the pizza
