Instructions to make Kulfi without khoya and without Condensed milk:
  1. Heat the milk with sugar till milk will reduce and thicken, on low flame for 20 min
  2. Now add Marie biscuit,  bread slices (remove the sides of slices) and cardamom powder. mix well, cook for 5 min.
  3. Remove from heat let it cool down completely.
  4. Grind the Kulfi batter  very well.  Mix the dry fruits in kulfi batter.
  5. Pour the mixture in mould keep it in fridge for 5 to 6 hour or overnight.
  6. Take out the Kulfi mould from fridge. Stick the sticks in kulfi, keep the mould in normal water for 30 sec then unmould the kulfi.
  7. Serve immediately.
