  2. Make ready 1 Potato

  1. First chop all vegetables.
  2. Put 3 or 4 spoon of olive oil into a dutch oven. Heat it for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Roast the onion until it turns pink after that add peppers and roast them.
  4. Add carrots and roast them until they lose their colour. Later add potatoes. Let them roast for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add pinto beans, tomato sauce, cloves, spices and let them roast for 5 minutes.
  6. Add 2 or 3 glass of hot water and boil for 40 minutes with low heat.
