The ingredients needed to make Fried Cabbages:
  1. Make ready I head of cabbage
  2. Prepare Minced garlic (garlic powder will suffice)
  3. Prepare Salt and pepper to your taste
  4. Get bacon pieces
  5. Make ready Bell peppers
  6. Take Sausage (optional)
  7. Prepare Vinegar (optional)
Instructions to make Fried Cabbages:
  1. Cut up cabbages…set side…Cook bacon…then drain, tear in pieces and set aside
  2. Add cut up onions and bell peppers to bacon grease and cook for about 5 minutes or until onions are translucent (bell peppers are optional)…add seasoning (salt, pepper, and garlic)
  3. Add cut up cabbages…cover if you want more moisture
  4. Let saute for about 20 minutes (10 minutes more if you want softer cabbages)…add bacon pieces the last 10 minutes
  5. Enjoy!!!
