  1. Peel and chop the sweet potato into small dices.Peel off the peas. Wash them nicely with water.
  2. Add oil in a kadai.Put on the flame. When slightly hot add mustard seeds(rai), green chilli,kadi patta and give a toss.
  3. Add the diced sweet potato and peas. Add salt, and black salt.
  4. Stir well for a minute or two. Add water(1 cup). Cover with a lid. let it cook until the veggies are soft.
  5. After 8-10 minutes press and check the sweet potato. Add lemon juice. Mix well. Take it in a serving bowl and serve hot.
