  12. Take 1/2 Tbsp red chilli powder
  13. Prepare 1/2 Tsp turmeric powder
  14. Get 1 Tbsp butter
  15. Take 2-3 slit Green chillies
  16. Get 1/2 Inch chopped ginger (long)
  17. Take 150 gm Paneer
  18. Take 1 Tbsp fresh cream
  19. Take 1/2 Tsp kasuri methi
  20. Get 2 tsp Fresh coriander for garnishing
Instructions to make Shahi Paneer:
  1. Let’s take 2tbsp oil in a pan. When oil is hot, add cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, black pepper, green cardamom and sauté for a while. Now add diced onion and cook for 5-7 minutes. Now add ginger garlic paste, cashew nuts and cook it for 2 mins. Now add chopped tomatoes, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook until tomatoes gets soft. Now switch off the flame, let it cool down and make a fine paste of it in a blender.
  2. Strain the gravy. Now take 1 Tbsp oil in a pan and 1 tbsp butter. When it’s hot, add slit green chilli, chopped ginger and sauté for a while. Now add prepared gravy & paneer and mix it gently. Now add fresh cream, mix it well and cover with the lid. Cook it for 2-3 mins. Now add kasuri methi, chopped fresh green coriander and mix it well.
  3. Now finally the Shahi Paneer is ready and serve it hot
