Instructions to make Potato vada:
  1. Boil potatoes and let it cool. Peel and mash and keep aside.

  4. In a small bowl take besan and add little water and salt to taste and mix well. It should be a thick batter.
  5. Heat oil in a kadhai for deep frying. Dip potato balls in the besan batter and deep fry till golden. Flame should be on medium. Fry all the vadas in batches and serve hot with mint chutney
