Sift dry ingredients - flour, salt, baking powder - together. - Now add ghee/oil, jeera & kalongi. - Mix with hand šš». - Now add enough milk to make a soft dough. - Cover & keep aside for 10 min. - Take a dough and roll out puri & fry it.
Marinate chicken with above ingredients - ginger, garlic, chilli sauce, soya sauce, Shan Noodle masala. - Keep in the fridge for 1/2 hour. - Take oil in a pan and add Marinated chicken. - Cook on medium flame until cooked. - Now add chopped cabbage, carrots, spring onion, chopped green chillies and coriander. - Cook on high flame for 5-7 min.
Mix all ingredients - mayonnaise, chilli sauce, garlic powder - together for chilli mayo sauce. - Keep aside.
