  7. Flip skins over Brush salt mixture bake 10 minutes n then flip skins again. Do this until golden brown.
  8. Remove skins or pull out oven rack add cheese. Add a little at a time let melt then add more….
  9. Continuance of step 9 Add cheese until potato full and evenly melted.
