  4. Add the hot water and mix gently
  5. Add a part of nuts and mix. In the remaining part mix oats for garnish.
  6. Line a muffin tray with liners and scoop 3/4 of each liner.
  7. Garnish with remaining nuts and seeds dusted with some flour
  8. Bake at 170° for first 20 minutes then on 160 ° for another 10 minutes.
