- In a pan- add butter, balsamic, spices reserved water and minced garlic. Heat and sauté until butter is melted and ingredients are well combined.
- Add cooked taco meat to pan. Warm and combine.
- Add pasta, salsa and pico. Toss. Warm and combine.
- Remove to a bowl and sprinkle on some Parmesan. Enjoy!
