  4. Grease the idli moulds using a oil and put 1 tbsp of idli batter and on top of that put mixture prepared in above step and again cover the stuffing with 1/2 tbsp of idli batter.
  5. Steam in Idli cooker for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Demould the Idli once cool slightly.
  7. Serve by topping it with ghee:)
