  1. Make ready 1 red capsicum
  2. Make ready 1 onion
  3. Prepare 1 yellow capsicum
  4. Take 1 capsicum green
  5. Get 1/2 cup corns
  6. Take 1 cucumber
  7. Take 1 1/2 tbsp salt
  8. Take 1 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  9. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Steps to make Diet salad:
  1. Cut all the veggies in medium size
  2. Boil the corns
  3. In a different pan heat olive oil and add all the veggies
  4. Add boiled corns and mix well
  5. Saute veggies and put salt in it saute for 2 min
  6. Add vinegar and mix well
  7. Keep lid on the pan with low flame for 3 4 min
  8. Remove lid mix well and serve hot
