Making a Christmas or normal homemade cake. I have taking at 1st in mixer 1cup of sugar, dust it. Then take a bowl & hand grinder add sugar & just lite salt for taste add 4 eggs, mix it well, then 100gms butter mix it gently, after that 1cup of Maida, mix it with hand grinder properly some times.
When mix it properly use vanilla essence mix it, then use baking powder 1-½ spoon mix properly after that add spread Cashew, Kismis & Confiture. This raw mixture ready for baking.
Take a big size silver bowl, saucepan or cookware & another medium-size silver bowl or foil bowl. In the medium bowl scoop properly ghee & pour this bowl. Ready gas oven start to burn take it very low temperature, collect a big bowl or cookware top of gas oven take a ring in the middle of big bowl for a distance of two bowls, this cake's mixture take on medium bowl & seat in a big bowl of in the ring & cover this a lid for 45 minutes.
Now my delicious sponge cake is ready. Then you can a beautiful smile, your cake is ready to eat. You can slice and serve for eating.
