  1. Get 2 hard boiled eggs
  2. Take 1 onion diced
  3. Take 1 tomato diced

  5. Get 1 tbsp wheat flour..for thickening

  1. Hard boil your eggs for about 20-30 minutes…once cooked….run under cold water, and peel off the shell
  2. In a pan, heat up a little oil, add your onions, saute them till they turn pink…
  3. Add your tomatoes, salt, and pepper…let the tomatoes fully cook
  4. Stir your wheat flour in a little water…add it to your sauce that it thickens…add more water to the sauce if need be..let it cook for about 3-5 minutes
  5. Add in your eggs.. Slice them if you want…let them cook in the sauce for a few minutes….
  6. Taste to see if you need to adjust seasoning…
  7. Once ready, turn off the heat and garnish as you please
