Rice ko boil kar lay salt dal kar whole all spice dal kar 3/4 done ho tu strain kar lain or side pe rakh dain
Carrot ko bhi kaat ke Satie kar lain or potato ko bhi boil kar ke satie kar lain
Egg ko boil kar ke is ke peel utar dain
Phir pan main oil dal kar egg fry kar ke side pe rakh dain
Phir aik pan main oil lain is main cinnamon sticks cardamom black cardamom clove black peppercorn star anise black pepper bey leaf cumin seed add karein or 1 minute fry karein
Phir onion add karein or fry karein golden brown
Phir ginger garlic paste add karein or well mix karein
Phir tonato add karein or 2 minte tak is ko bhi pakka lain
Phir salt phir nutmeg powder gram masala powder cumin powder dal kar well mix karein
Phir yogurt add karein or well mix karein phir green chilli red chilli or coriander bhi add kar dain jub oik separate ho jaein tu done hai
Phir boil egg dal kar oper se Rice dal dain
Phir food colour fry carrots or potato green coriander or mints dal kar 10 se 15 minte daam pe rakh dain
Phir enjoy karein raita ke sath
