Peel and Chop up the celeriac and the potatoes remove any starch with water you should rinse about 3 times.

Put a tea spoon of butter in a pan until it's melted then add half a tub of cream put it on a low heat or the cream will curdle next add 1 teaspoon of mustard add a handful of cheese and taste
Cook the burgers in a pan
Finally garnish with spinach and parsley
