Then tear up the left over chicken, add to the sandwich, and season well
Slice some Swiss cheese (I'm using Emmental), and cover the chicken
Next add a layer of ham
Then some sliced tomato
A good drizzle of ketchup…
….and some basil
Tear some more ham on top and season well (remember you'll get a lot of pepperiness coming from the cheese)
Add some more cheese
Add the lid, skewer, and enjoy as is or…
Pop in a preheated hot oven for at least 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the bun turns crusty
